LifeArch Passive Investor Calculator – User Guide
Welcome to the LifeArch Passive Investor Calculator, your tool for projecting passive wealth growth over 5 years with just a single investment per stream.
This calculator is designed for investors who want a “set it and forget it” approach to wealth building, using proven passive income categories such as real estate, crypto, life insurance, and affiliate marketing.
Step 1: Launch the Calculator
- Go to your LifeArch Member Dashboard.
- Look for the “Passive Investor Calculator” section.
- If prompted to log in or upgrade your membership, complete that step to gain access.
Step 2: Customize Your Investment Plan
The calculator will show a table with multiple passive income categories.
Column Name | What It Means |
Category | Type of investment stream (choose from dropdown) |
Capital | Your initial onetime investment (editable) |
ROI (%) | Expected Annual Return (auto-filled) |
Years | Fixed at 5 years (for long-term passive growth) |
5Year Value | Projected account value after 5 years |
Return | Total net profit |
% Gain | Overall percentage growth |
Monthly | Passive monthly income from this stream |
You can change:
- The Category by using the dropdown selector
- The Starting Capital by typing your desired amount
The calculator will update automatically.
Step 3: Review Totals
At the bottom, you’ll see a TOTAL row that adds up:
- All capital invested
- Total 5year value
- Overall ROI and expected monthly income
This gives you a highlevel view of your total passive strategy.
Step 4: Save & Email Your Results
- Enter your email address.
- Click “Secure Submit + CSV”
- This sends your custom results to your inbox.
- A CSV file is attached for tracking and followup.
- Your email is also saved to your LifeArch FluentCRM profile.
Note: Only active LifeArch Members can access this feature.
Step 5: Print Your Plan
- Click the “🖨️ Print” button to generate a printerfriendly summary.
- Save as PDF or share with your wealth architect, insurance advisor, or CPA.

Your calculator submission is securely logged and can be:
- Used for weekly checkins
- Reviewed by your LifeArch strategist
- Automatically emailed back to you as part of your wealth plan
Security + Privacy Notes
- All submissions use secure WordPress Nonce verification
- CSV attachments are autogenerated and deleted after emailing
- Your information is stored safely and used only for wealth planning purposes

Affililate Funnel
A one-time-built landing page or website that sells third-party products or services (like credit cards, software, or courses). You earn commissions each time someone buys using your referral link.
Examples: ClickBank, Impact, CJ Affiliate, Amazon Associates
Typical ROI: Varies (50–200% ROI on setup)
Best For: Marketers, bloggers, content creators
AI Robo-Investing
An automated investment platform that uses algorithms and AI to manage your portfolio. It rebalances your assets and selects ETFs or indexes based on your risk profile — no manual intervention needed.
Examples: Betterment, Wealthfront, SoFi Invest
Typical ROI: 6%–10% annually
Best For: Beginners, hands-off investors
AI Yield Account
An automated investment platform that uses algorithms and AI to manage your portfolio. It rebalances your assets and selects ETFs or indexes based on your risk profile — no manual intervention needed.
Examples: Betterment, Wealthfront, SoFi Invest
Typical ROI: 6%–10% annually
Best For: Beginners, hands-off investors
Crypto Auto-Staking
Cryptocurrency platforms that allow you to lock tokens in exchange for rewards (yield) without trading. Platforms manage staking in the background while you earn passively.
